Madd-Dogg 20/20 (aka Tressa Young) is co-owner of Shug-Dogg Productions and is passionate about elevating Drag Kings to the mainstream scene. Dogg has been performing around the Bay Area since 2006 and has won multiple titles and been voted Bay Area Favorite Drag King a few times.

Pronouns:
Madd-Dogg 20/20 - he/him;
Tressa - she/her

His drag name comes from MD 20 20, often called by its nickname Mad Dog 2020. MD 20 20 is a cheap, sweet, strong alcohol. Dogg has been clean and sober since 1995, so the drag name is a reminder!

Miss Shugana (aka Jodi Goldstein) is co-owner of Shug-Dogg Productions, has been performing since 2013 and involved with producing events for over 20 years. Shug has won a few titles and is very proud to be a blessed and booked Drag Queen (of the Faux variety).

Pronouns: Always she/her

Her drag name comes from the Yiddish word “meshuggeneh” meaning crazy. Shug loves to celebrate her heritage and she is a little meshuggeneh to boot!

together we are Shug & Dogg aka Jodi & Tressa

Tressa Young and Jodi Goldstein are life partners who perform and produce shows and events together. As Miss Shugana and Madd-Dogg 20/20, they have broken down barriers and paved the way for many others.

During their year serving as Grand Duke & Grand Duchess of San Francisco, they created a regular show called the Dogg Pound that showcased many drag kings and raised money for important organizations, such as the Pomeroy Center.

When asked in September of 2022, to take over producing the iconic summer kick-off festival, Women’s Weekend they realized it was time to finally create the company they have dreamt about for years. Thus, Shug-Dogg Productions was officially established!

The mission of Shug-Dogg Productions is to create meaningful experiences for audiences and attendees that leave them wanting more!
